It’s Ken, and I want to personally thank you for checking out my video. Watch the entire video before reading this — it contains some key information about the program that you need to know before you go any further.

So like you already know by now I’m a personal trainer and run my own gym. Getting others the body they want is what gets me out of bed in the morning – it is awesome to see the transformation of bodies AND confidence. This program is all my experience and devotion during the past 15 YEARS packaged together for anyone ready for a body they can be proud of in 12 weeks.

It was a lot of hard work to put it all together… but I had a lot of fun to. I went to the ‘mecca’ of the fitness world to create it – Venice, California. Very inspiring and a great place to discover even more methods for muscle building and fat burning.
